One of the changes in the past week or so has fixed compilation of the glibc
math testsuite on x86. It used to die with an ICE in find_reloads_toplev,
now it works.
I don't know if this was the intended effect of a change, or if the bug has
been papered over, and the math testsuite is huge - too huge to find a small
testcase in easily.
