egcs-1.1.1 prelease #3

The third (and presumably final) prerelease for egcs-1.1.1 is in the egcs
snapshot directory ftp://egcs.cygnus.com/pub/egcs/snapshots/1.1.1-prerelease
This ought to be the final one. If it's not fixed in this pre-release it's
not scheduled to be fixed for egcs-1.1.1. I'm going to put together the
announcement over the weekend and I'd like to get egcs-1.1.1 on the ftp server
M/T and announce on W/Th.
Changes since prerelease #2:
* Fix for MT safe setjmp/longjmp exception handling.
* Avoid stack overflows in the register allocator.
* Fixes for template demangling.
* Fix for ppc/rs6000 LEGITIMIATE_ADDRESS.
* Spit out bug reporting URL when the C++ front end dies.
* Another C++ bugfix.
* Fortran doc fixes and update generated doc files.
* Define _XOPEN_SOURCE in libf2c builds.
* Correctly build PIC target libraries for ppc and alphas.
