Where find rpm?

I installed egcs-1.0.2-8 on my linux laptop using
the pre-compiled rpm distribution from http://www.redhat.com,
and loved the ease of not having to compile anything.
Does anyone know where I can get an rpm of the latest version, 1.1?
Unfortunately, the RedHat site doesn't have it yet.
