That change was not intended to go in. I will undo it.
Franz Sirl and I exchanged email on ASM_OUTPUT_MI_THUNK in
August. I have not heard any response to my repeated attempts to contact
him again about this. If you are working on this, please coordinate with
me and with Franz, if he still is pursuing it.
