Fortran Logs Change in procedure

Could anyone checking in Fortran changes please note a change in
procedure.
Please add log entries to ChangeLog in the libf2c and gcc/f
directories, not to ChangeLog.egcs as previously instructed. That was
deemed generally confusing.
When remote CVS will talk to me again, I'll be (as approved) checking
in merged versions of the logs with amended instructions and removing
the ChangeLog.egcss.
