This bootstrapping process has been done for a number of hosts which
already supported gcc but not gnat. Ask on the "chat@gnat.com" list.
But many of the VMS and DEC UNIX configurations are supported GNAT
configurations already so you probably need to look at www.gnat.com to see
the status.
