DOS?! What were you smoking at the time? Sorry, couldn't resist! :o)
Surely that nasty little 8.3 character limit is a bit of a problem, is it
not? (BTW, I've often thought for a long time that if one could just rip
the DOS out of Windows 95 and use as a standalone DOS, you could have long
filenames [I'm not sure if that is true if it is standalone]
