Yes :-)

egcs 1.1 isn't even released, so there is no decision yet what 1.2
will include, or when it will be released.

Whether the C++ library is complete in 1.2 depends on when Ulrich
Drepper releases it to the public (or when somebody else contributes
one).

OTOH, the current SGI STL will be included in 1.2 (provided there
will be an egcs 1.2 release).
