I just got back from two weeks vacation. :-)
I bootstrapped egcs-19980531 on my mips-sgi-irix6.2 box, this snapshot
appears to contain Manfred's complete patch. It was successful both
serially and with -j4. Everything looks good, thank you Manfred.
