bug in faq

On the faq page, under the crossgcc info there is a pointer
to the crossgcc faq. It points to a non-existant location
(ftp://egcs.cygnus.com/...). I thought, oh I'll just submit
a patch to get it fixed, but the referance is already
*correct* in egcs/INSTALL/faq.html. What's up wid dat?
