Note, the ChangeLog entry doesn't match your patch!
If you want patches to be installed on the release branch you're
going to have to be *much* more careful about these issues!

You changed alpha/elf.h by removing the LIB_SPEC stuff completely.
You didn't change linux-elf.h at all. Either the ChangeLog or your
patch is wrong.

I think you got this change reversed. The patch did just the
opposite for each of the changes to sparc/linux64.
I have *not* installed the patch.
