Results for 4.5.2 (GCC) testsuite on mips-sgi-irix6.2

Some patches was needed to get this result:
gcc-4.3.0-posix95-include-sched_h.patch:
- include sched.h in gthr-posix95.h to get sched_yield() defined
gcc-4.3.3-libgomp-pthreads.patch:
- Make libgomp choose posix95 threads and link with -lpthread
gcc-4.3.2-setrunon_np.patch:
- from PR ada/38400, fixes pthread related ada testsuite failures on
IRIX 6.2
gcc-4.5.2-no-ipv6.patch:
- IRIX 6.2 has no IPv6 support but defines AF_INET6 which breaks the
gnat build
gcc-4.5.2-fix-stdint_h.patch:
- system headers has conflicts with gccs stdint.h when mabi=64
gcc-4.5.2-libtestcxx.patch:
- backport from 4.5 branch. Avoids mixing 32 & 64 bit objects in
libtestc++.a
bootstrap compiler:
Using built-in specs.
