  	* diagnostic.c (diagnostic_count_diagnostic,
  	diagnostic_action_after_output, error_recursion): Exit with
  	ICE_EXIT_CODE instead of FATAL_EXIT_CODE.

libjava-disable-static:
  Disable building the static libjava.

ada-driver-check:
  Simplify Ada driver check (we always build using the required
  Ada version. Needed for warnings on alpha.

gcc-ice-apport:
  Report an ICE to apport (if apport is available
  and the environment variable GCC_NOAPPORT is not set)
