Results for 3.1 testsuite on i686-pc-cygwin

CYGWIN_NT-5.0 LEUNGH2 1.3.10(0.51/3/2) 2002-02-25 11:14 i686 unknown
Win2k sp2 with cygwin 1.3.10

Didn't see any test result on this on the GCC web site so I thought I'll
set it in. Well-done to the GCC team for the good work.

LAST_UPDATED:
Native configuration is i686-pc-cygwin
