With changes to testsuite:
* set LD_LIBRARYN32_PATH externally
* set LD_LIBRARY64_PATH externally
* do not set LD_LIBRARYN32_PATH in g++.exp
* do not set LD_LIBRARY64_PATH in g++.exp
