Results for gcc-2.95 19990609 (prerelease) testsuite on i586-pc-cygwin32

These are updated results from what I had sent a few days ago. My tree
is gcc-2.95 branch 1999-06-09 CVS + some patches described below.

Thanks to RJL for pointing out I shouldn't see some of the failures, and
turns out that I simply needed to reboot the machine. MS should really
let me configure the MS key on the new PC keyboards to reboot the machine
instead of whatever it does right now ;-)

Patches used:
  - ASM_SET_OP, reg-stack. Both are now installed in the release branch.
  - (C++) Jason Merrill's "tidy", COM, anon-struct + my tweak to COM patch.
  - archived at: ftp://ftp.xraylith.wisc.edu/pub/khan/gnu-win32/cygwin/snapshots/gcc-2.95-19990609/patches/

Notes: I haven't investigated the XPASS's for either C or C++ tests. Also,
why some of the failing tests are not the same ones as on Linux (usually
they track quite well). Overall, I'm quite pleased, provided that half
of these are not false positives; I have run my usual random spot checks
to make sure Expect/NT is behaving.

Native configuration is i586-pc-cygwin32
