Some bad bugs have come into g77 since the 2.93.03 snapshot.  Believe these
tests.  Something is going wrong in target.c when its analysis is activated.
dnrm2 may have been fixed in 2.93.06, but I think the others are still bad.
Access violations "common"ly occur with the latest snapshots when there are
real*8 variables along with other types in COMMON.  Not saying that's the
whole story.
