GCC build failure, HEAD@166435 on native

[GCC regression tester <regress at geoffk dot org>]

With your recent patch, GCC HEAD revision 166435 had problems on:
native: build (about the same as the previous build)
Attached is build output for those targets.
The previous build was of revision 166434.

	* config/s390/s390.c (s390_handle_arch_option): Set type and flags
	to defined values in case of an error.
	(s390_option_override): Skip further processing if the -march
