INACTIVE LINKS IN AN E-MAIL
---------------------------

Sometimes a link in an e-mail can 'break' across two or more lines, and won't work (this often happens to long links).

You can, however, copy-and-paste the broken link into the LOCATION or ADDRESS bar of your browser and then click on ENTER or GO to access it.

How to Copy-and-Paste:

- Click-and-hold at the start of the link text you want to copy, and drag the cursor to the end. This should highlight the link.

- Next, press Ctrl+C to copy the text, or right-mouse-click on the highlighted text and select 'Copy' from the pop-up menu.

- Then, put your cursor where you want to paste the text - ie, the LOCATION or ADDRESS bar of your browser - and press Ctrl+V to paste the text, or right-click where you want to paste the text and select 'Paste' from the pop-up menu.

- Make sure that you haven't accidentally included any spaces in the link, otherwise it won't work.

- Finally, press enter or click on GO.
