These new FAILs
FAIL: gcc.dg/cpp/spacing1.c scan-file g "1 2" bam baz
were caused by one of the following checkins

* c-ppoutput.c (cb_line_change): Don't skip line changing while
parsing macro arguments in the top-level context.

* config.in: Remove HAVE_LSTAT.
* configure, configure.in: Don't test for lstat.

* libart.m4: check for libart-config binary
under the name libart2-config as well.
