It means nearly every GDB testcase broke :-(.
The GDB testsuite is too interdependent for the tester to track
on the individual-test level, so it tracks .exp files instead. Any
failure means the .exp file counts as having failed.
My guess is that either GDB doesn't understand DWARF2 on MIPS, or
DWARF2 output on MIPS is broken. Bad news either way...
