With your recent patch, GCC does not compile on:
 powerpc-eabisim mips-elf
Attached is build output for those targets.

The build failures are new.

There were also 1 new regression test failures, and 0
failures that existed before and after that patch; 0 failures
have been fixed.

The new failures are:
native gcc.sum gcc.c-torture/execute/20000402-1.c
