The C++ compiler is not being tested at present, because libstdc++
does not configure and then the C++ testsuite hits a TCL error.
(libstdc++ isn't getting tested either, or even built, because
configure fails.)
I tried to make it configure, but then it didn't build.
I don't have time to fix all the problems right now.
