OK.  I will, when I get time, change the script to only send messages
to each address when the list of regressions changes, so that people
don't get sent messages every time they commit.

In the short term, I'm pleased to notice that the problems have been
fixed, so the script should be quiet again.  I'll be nuking the
'passes' database now because I'm going to enable
--enable-checking=tree, which should be entertaining.
