New Synopsis: [3.2/3.3 regression] Mishandling of double != 0.0 at -O1
State-Changed-From-To: open->analyzed
State-Changed-By: bangerth
State-Changed-When: Wed Nov 27 07:58:20 2002
State-Changed-Why:
I have too little knowledge of the games with denormals
played in this report, but I can report that this
indeed worked with 2.95 and does no more with 3.2.1 and 3.3.
I thus mark this as a regression and let others decide
whether the code is actually supposed to do what the
reporter claims.
