>Environment:
System: OSF1 linguistlist.org V4.0 1530 alpha
Machine: alpha

host: alphaev6-dec-osf4.0g
build: alphaev6-dec-osf4.0g
target: alphaev6-dec-osf4.0g
configured with: ../gcc-3.2/configure
>Description:
Won't boostrap as long as gnu libiconv is installed in /usr/local
as well as the version which came with the OS.
>How-To-Repeat:
	../gcc-3.2/configure
	/usr/local/bin/make bootstrap
>Fix:
Assumed fix is to remove libiconv from /usr/local, which I am
currently unable to do because of users which are currently relying
on using that particular package.
