This looks like you installed a binary package of
gcc which requires libiconv.so.2. Contact the person
who packaged gcc for you, and ask them about required
libraries such as libiconv.so.2.
Alternatively, follow the instructions at
http://gcc.gnu.org/install/ and build gcc from source.
The FSF gcc project does not provide binary packages of
gcc.
