(1) Try reducing optimization level by removing -O3
from your compile line.
(2) Read http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html and submit preprocessed source of your problem, otherwise we
cannot analyze it.

egcs 2.91.66 is not maintained, since it has been
superseded by several releases.
