Synopsis: C parser wants non-extatnt cpp_pop_buffer

State-Changed-Why:
This is not a problem in current CVS (nor do I think it was
ever a problem, but...)
Has c-parse.c been correctly regenerated from c-parse.y from c-parse.in?
If so, I dunno, but you should update your tree. There is
no need for c-parse.c to call the function at all (indeed,
it should not call it to work correctly).
