Can you:
(1) Obtain an updated release of mingw from
http://www.mingw.org
(2) Recompile the example, but follow the
instructions at http://gcc.gnu.org/bugs.html
for supplying information to a GNATS bug report.
The file that you supplied is missing some header
files, so I cannot reproduce the problem.
