Synopsis: Nested include in GCC 3.0 due to small mistake in tm.h file

State-Changed-Why:
This doesn't seem like the right fix. Some files are compiled with GENERATOR_FILE defined, some without, so you're just trading the set of files in which you'd get the nested include. Please report the exact error you're observing, and don't jump to conclusions.
