[PATCH 3/3] IBM Z: Fix vcond-shift testcase.


gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

2018-04-06  Andreas Krebbel  <krebbel@linux.vnet.ibm.com>

	* gcc.target/s390/vector/vcond-shift.c: Use the proper conditions
	to trigger the optimization. Do some cleanup and function
	renaming.  Add more test functions.
