[PATCH 03/14] rs6000: Remove -mfloat-gprs
This deletes -mfloat-gprs and the variables that go with it.

* config/rs6000/rs6000.c: Remove everything related to -mfloat-gprs.
* config/rs6000/rs6000.opt: Ditto.
