[PATCH][ARM] Add source mode to coprocessor pattern SETs

Hi all,

Something I've missed during the review of these coprocessor intrinsics patterns is that the SET source is missing a mode.
So we get warnings during the build process.

This patch just trivially adds the appropriate modes to silence the warning.

Bootstrapped and tested on arm-none-linux-gnueabihf.

Committing as obvious.

Thanks,
Kyrill
