[PATCH] AIX xcoff declare object name


During Richi's debugging of the section type conflict, he found a
problem with rs6000_xcoff_declare_object_name trying to access a decl
that did not exist.  Fixed thusly.

* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_xcoff_declare_object_name): Use
symtab_node::get_create.
