[avr,backported,6] Fix PR 71151


Applied the simple fix for PR71151: Set JUMP_TABLES_IN_TEXT_SECTION to 1.

	* config/avr/avr.h (JUMP_TABLES_IN_TEXT_SECTION): Define to 1.
