Not a functional change, but allows the use of debugserver for task switching
by gdb.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

	* s-osinte-darwin.ads, s-osinte-darwin.adb (lwp_self): Import
	of __gnat_lwp_self.
