If building against an old version of ISL (0.12.2 in my case), you'll run
into:

    /usr/include/c++/4.8/bits/locale_facets.h:2566:44: error: macro "isdigit" passed 2 arguments, but takes just 1
         isdigit(_CharT __c, const locale& __loc)
                                                ^
