OK, I have added:
/* { dg-skip-if "" { arm_thumb1 } } */
as in the ivopts-orig_biv-inc.c test.

Yeah, it's a bug, -fstack-check=specific should have been rejected before for
all ARM targets since it was not implemented. Will fix.
