* alias.c (alias_set_entry_d): Rename to alias_set_entry.
(alias_set_entry): Remove typedef.
(alias_set_subset_of): Adjust.
(alias_sets_conflict_p): Likewise.
(init_alias_set_entry): Likewise.
(get_alias_set): Likewise.
(new_alias_set): Likewise.
(record_alias_subset): Likewise.
