[PATCH] Enable reductions without fassociative-math in graphite


Hi,

this patch allows non-float reductions to be detected by graphite, independent of whether fassociative-math (which only has effect for float operations) is set.

Currently bootstrapping and reg-testing on x86_64.

OK for trunk?
