Subject: Go patch committed: Don't simply discard blank labels

The Go frontend was simply discarding blank labels, which caused it to
accept invalid programs, such as:

func F() {
    for {}
_:
}

This patch from Chris Manghane fixes the problem.  Bootstrapped and
ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.  Committed to mainline.
