I think doing special casing for x32 as indicated in the previous mail
could solve the problem also for that architecture.

Add/modify gcc/ada/{s-linux-x32.ads,s-osprim-x32.ads} according to:
   type tv_nsec_t is private;
   type tv_nsec_t is new Long_Long_Integer;
   type timespec is record
      tv_sec  : time_t;
      tv_nsec : tv_nsec_t;
   end record;
   pragma Convention (C, timespec);
