libgo patch committed: Don't allocate fd_set on stack

This libgo patch changes the support for systems that use select for
network polling to not allocate all the fd_sets on the stack. That was
causing threads to run out of stack space, as described in PR 59433.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu after
hacking it to use select rather than epoll. Ran the network tests on
Solaris 11. Committed to mainline.
