Hi Jakub and Gerald,
this patch updates the release notes.
For OpenMPv4, I only mention C and C++ as the parsing support for
Fortran is still missing. (Hopefully, it will be included in the GCC
4.9.0 release.)
Additionally, I mention the just added -Wdate-time warning.
