C++ PATCH for c++/45282 (wrong decltype of .*)


A while back I fixed build_m_component_ref so that a .* with an xvalue lhs would be an xvalue, but we need to handle class prvalues correctly too.

Tested x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, applying to trunk and 4.8.
