libstdc++ not in copy?
The change to beta_distribution is not mentioned in the ChangeLog.
You don't appear to have a test like those added for PR 54376, and
like Ulrich I find the operator== suspicious.
Indeed, please fix that, I thought it was clear by now: no inline
template friends.
