here is an OOP patch for type-bound generics. The problem was that specifics with polymorphic arguments of different ranks were wrongly rejected as ambiguous, because 'gfc_compare_types' did not properly handle CLASS arrays. The patch fixes this is regtests cleanly on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. Ok for trunk?
