(LDPT_ALLOW_UNIQUE_SEGMENT_FOR_SECTIONS): New enum val.
(LDPT_UNIQUE_SEGMENT_FOR_SECTIONS): New enum val.
(tv_allow_unique_segment_for_sections): New member.
(tv_unique_segment_for_sections): New member.
