Sigh.  I changed a reg_equiv_address to reg_equiv_mem when I changed
from explicit VEC_index references to macros.  That caused all kinds of
interesting problems for ia32 :-)

I'm also fixing a comment typo that was introduced around the same time.

Installed as obvious.  Fixes 48371.

x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu bootstrapped and regression tested.  i686
bootstrap in progress (and probably won't finish until tomorrow...)
